Dedicated to renewing awareness and appreciation of the Negro Spiritual, one of America’s original and most beautiful art forms, the Lucy Kinchen Chorale has been performing in the San Francisco Bay Area since September of 2001. Ms. Kinchen has astounded audiences with her chorale, which is diverse in age, ethnicity and cultural background. This unique chorale performs the passionate music of Spirituals as well as a variety of other repertoires.
