Senior Resources at St. Paul's is a community outreach to individuals 60 and over living in Northern Alameda County.
Senior Resources provides information and referral, consultation and care planning for frail elders. Services are offered at no charge on a non-sectarian, non-discriminatory basis. Donations are appreciated and are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Information and Referral
Finding out about community services is the first step toward finding needed help. Referrals are made to appropriate services, such as entitlement programs, retirement facilities, home care, health and legal services.
Consulation
Individual seniors and family members with caregiving responsibilities are invited to consult by phone or make an office appointment to explore options and discuss issues of importance in planning for the future.
Care Planning for Frail Elders
Comprehensive in-home assessments, care planning and follow-up services designed to strengthen the well-being, independence and dignity of elders are available by special appointment.
